Chocolate

When i was young i very like chocolate. Chocolate is a snack for 

everybody because chocolate are sweet but chocolate have a 

high-calorie food that is rich in saturated fat, it should be 

eaten in moderationA lot of people knows if you eat 

chocolate to much per one day is not good for heath 

because you can be fat by chocolate but actually there are

 many benefits of eating chocolate If you are feeling low, or 

depressed then a piece of chocolate can elevate your spirits

and you starts feeling happy and confident.Chocolates are 

part of some hyper active medicines.
